Plastic injection mold

This is 38mm LDPE tear off cap for medicine bottle, when open the cap need to tear off the ring which have anti-proof function, the inner design is snap which demould by stripper plate, mould do in 8cavity. The mould core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard S50C, hot runner-China brand.
 

The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, hot runner system don't have runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.

 

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, DXTL provide technical support all time.
