Product Description
Product Introduction
Plastic containers are now extensively utilized in our daily lives. We can observe numerous containers of various sizes, thicknesses, and purposes all around us. They range from small containers like 100ml to large ones like 20L. The thickness varies from 0.5mm to 1.5mm. Their applications span from food storage like ice-cream containers and snack containers to industrial uses such as oil package containers.
Product Advantages
For plastic containers moulds, we recommend at least 718 mould steel, which offers a mould life of approximately 800,000 shots and has a satisfactory polish effect. If a mirror polish is desired, 2344 mould steel is suggested. It has a mould life of around 1-3 million shots and provides an excellent product surface. On another aspect, we add BECU at the top of bucket moulds, with a depth of approximately 40mm to ensure effective cooling and reduce the cycle time. This enables customers to obtain more products within the same period. Additionally, for the cooling system, we have our unique ideas regarding the water channel diameter and know precisely how to design the cooling system to maintain the optimal cooling effect. Consequently, we can produce high-quality bucket moulds with short cycle times and prompt delivery.
Technical Parameters
The mould steel options include 718 and 2344. The mould life for 718 is around 800,000 shots, and for 2344, it is around 1-3 million shots. The depth of BECU addition at the top of bucket moulds is approximately 40mm.
Product Uses
These plastic containers are used for a wide range of purposes, including food storage, industrial packaging, and more.
