The air conditioner mold is composed of two halves - the core and the cavity. These components are precisely designed to fit together, shaping the air conditioner housing. The mold is heated to a specific temperature, and molten plastic is injected into the cavity under high pressure. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the mold is opened to reveal the finished part.

The cooling system is designed for circulating water optimization, enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs. Mid-term treatments such as mold quenching and tempering, and heat treatment improve hardness. Nitriding ensures low deformation, high surface hardness (greater than HV850), and wear resistance without quenching. The mold life of P20 is no less than 500,000 mold times.
